LIBRARY LESSONS
One of the teacher librarian's major responsibilities is to teach students information literacy, which is the teaching of how to effectively locate, accurately evaluate, effectively use, and clearly communicate information. In this digital age, it's imperative for students to learn how to locate and evaluate information online.
Library Orientation

Every freshman receives a lesson by Mrs. Joyce on Internet credibility through their English classes. Students learn how to evaluate free web sites by using the C.A.R.P. method--currency, authority, reliability, and purpose. To view this lesson, click here to download.
